How do we work with you remotely?
When we first book a meeting we usually do an onsite meeting, but if you are far away we will set up a 30 minute zoom chat as a meet and greet.
Once you’re all happy with us and we get to the working stage we may have another meeting to discuss anything more complicated.
We will sign up to MYOB or XERO and any other 3rd party applications and begin working on the file.
There are 2 main tasks when it comes to bookkeeping, 1. Bank Reconciliation 2. Payroll.
Bank reconciliation we can set up something called a “bank feed” this is when the transactions from you bank account comes directly into the file so we can code these to where they need to go.
Having bank feeds saves us the trouble of waiting for a bank statement to come through and we can enter the transactions weekly.
If you have a pile of receipts no worries, we can simply have you send them through either using MYOB Capture or email so we can attach these receipts to the transactions.
Payroll depends on how many employees you have; we can use systems like Deputy or just use MYOB and Xero only.
Each week my clients send through the timesheets, and we will process the payroll straight away taking into account all the employee entitlements, we then send through the payslips and ABA file to you to make payment.
