We use systems like Deputy, Xero timesheets, and our own automated spreadsheets to make sure everything is working correctly. Payroll can be tricky especially when you have 10 employees, the questions I ask are:
Did you account for annual leave, Sick leave , RDOs & Public Holidays/?
Are the hours entered matching the timesheet?
Did they change age and need a rate change?
Have they finished a year off their apprenticeship?
