Payroll –
Whether it is salary or timesheet employees, we can handle both with ease. Either email the timesheets across or use Deputy a 3rd party system, we will then use this data to process your payroll , email payslips to employees, and file the STP with the ATO.
Bank feeds & Reconciling
Every week we log into your MYOB file and allocate the receipts to invoices and expense transactions so your always up to date, making sure to reconcile the bank either monthly or qtrly.
Monthlys –
We find there are always monthly jobs to do , whether its reconciling the payroll clearing a/c, customer deposits a/c, sending off monthly tax figures, requesting details on unknown transactions, that is all easily manageable. We are able to adjust to each client as we are very flexible and very organised with our procedures.
BAS prep & lodgements –
We prepare & reconcile your profit & loss and balance sheet, then we are ready to prepare your quarterly BAS or monthly BAS/IAS, the BAS is sent through from our MYOB client portal , you approve & sign, then we lodge, we aim for very minimal work on your behalf.
