Our payroll services for small business are designed to help companies of all sizes, whether you have one employee or well over 100. We’re able to do this as we use 3rd party apps like Deputy for the scheduling & approvals, which we integrate into our accounting packages.

Deputy can even handle a variety of awards. If you would like to offer your employees weekend or overtime rates, Deputy can automate this process for you.

These automated systems make it easier for us bookkeepers to retrieve the information and create pay runs that keep track of leave accruals, super payments, and PAYG, all with ease through MYOB or Xero.

If you don’t have Deputy, we are still able to work with your manual timesheets.

How We Work

On the day of payroll payments, you will need to approve your employee’s hours prior to processing.

Then you can send us the hours via email or spreadsheet, or we can log into Deputy and export the timesheets ourselves.

We also check any employees under 21 to see if their age has changed to determine an increased pay rate.

We will then process the timesheets and prepare the pay runs. Once completed, we will produce the reports & payslips for your approval and then provide you with an ABA file to upload to your bank.

Also we have monthly procedures that we follow which checks to make sure everyone has a TFN and super details, and if an employee turns 18 then we have procedures in place for this too.
